We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian and Ontario laws and regulatory expectations.

Scope & Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to personal information we collect in the course of our business, including via our website, social media, forms, emails, text messages, phone calls, and meetings. It covers information relating to clients, prospective clients, beneficiaries, claimants, and website visitors.

If and when we handle personal health information (PHI) originating from an Ontario health information custodian (HIC) (e.g., physician, hospital, clinic) in connection with an application or claim, additional rules under Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) may apply to that PHI. In all cases, we will protect such information using stringent safeguards and only as permitted by law and the relevant consents.
